Hi! I’m Anna.
I founded Missa Est to support all who seek to live life more deeply, prayerfully, and authentically. Through Spiritual Direction, coaching, workshops, speaking, and retreats, I seek to accompany people on their spiritual journeys and help them discover God’s presence in ordinary life. My hope is for you to connect more deeply with God’s wild, boundless love for you - and for you to feel empowered to share that love with the world. I am delighted you are here!
I served as a lay missioner and volunteer - for a month in one country and two years in another. These experiences were deeply healing and life-changing. They helped me discover a new calling to help others connect more deeply with God’s transforming love. I am a trained spiritual director and serve on the spiritual formation team in my local church community. I look forward to walking with you on your spiritual journey!
